I don't think so, the bulk protein shakes that Costco sells are Premium Protein 18 count.

Costco online has Kirkland Signature Shakes - 30 count and Boost Meal Replacement Shakes - 24 Count

Costco in the USA carries Ensure Classic but I have yet to see it in Canada.

OP - The Premium Protein shakes at Costco are really good, my sister gets them monthly and they have multiple flavors.

I'm guessing you're looking for a bulk pack for economies of scale, plus off course avoiding multiple trips may be.

A work-around that may work - I found a pamphlet for a free ensure coupon at my Dr's office. Fill it in, you'll get the free coupon for a 6-pack, plus a couple of coupons of a $3 off on a 6-pack. The more you use the $3 coupon, the more coupons they send you. In fact I even received an email saying the same thing. The coupon has a validity of almost a year. Every time I use a coupon, I get another in the mail in a few days.

The cheapest I've seen the 6-pack is for $7.99 at SDM and Rexall, so with the coupon it works out to $4.99. It may take multiple trips in and out to use multiple coupons, unless if the casher allows you to use multiple coupons in one transaction.
