anyone got tution paid through the government

anyone here applied for government grant to get tution paid for through workbc or any other province. i got a disability .
is it easy to get and how long is the process. im filled out 9 page applcaiton forms and waiting for 2 weeks now. it seems like they take a long time and long waiting process. its like they want to wait it out so you get a job kind thing
like to hear anyone thought and how this process goes.
