I did not get anything yet and it's not on my CRA either.

Edit: Simplii HISA 2% promo gets deposited in April so I will not be expecting a T5 this year.

Some banks don’t issue T5 for <$50.

It may not apply to you, FI are not required to issue T5 slips, or report to CRA if the interest earned is less than $50.

Correction: they are reporting to CRA for amounts less than $50, it's only the T5's that are not mandatory.
One should report any amount of interest earned.

Yes, I received a couple weeks ago.... note that on the slip name of institution is not Simplii, but CIBC.
Also, when I did CRA auti-fill , Simplii T5 was populated

You can just call Simplii and they will mail you duplicate, also they can tell over the phone $ amount from Box 13 (everything you need to know)

Got mine last month too
I believe it is a mistake to judge the quality of a decision solely by its outcome. Good decisions (i.e. lumpsum investing) can have "bad" outcomes and bad decisions can have good outcomes simply because of luck— Germack

Still haven't receive it. Saw some others said even called, they've been told to wait. Wonder if it's by area?
