I picked these up at a second hand shop for 20.00 each because i thought they were Ethan allen. Now im thinking not. If they aren't im just going to get rid of them. I thought if i had sprayed them they would look good for the patio deck.

Those are really nice for $20 a piece. The stain colour is beautiful as well. Is the seating material in good shape and strong?

If you like the style, why does it matter if they are the brand you thought them to be or not?

It's not like you were planning to mention, "these are my Ethan Allen patio chairs" to guests...or were you?

If they were made by joe schmoe and they look good, isnt it all that matters?

I agree. Not my taste, but those are very nice chairs. Especially for 20 bucks a piece. Chairs are ridiculously expensive.

Vintage style, not my cup of tea, but $20 is cheap for decently made wood chairs. I don't think they'd survive outside though on the patio.

These are beautiful chairs. You will ruin them if you put them outside.

Ethan Allen is a very old U.S. furniture manufacturer. Very high quality and prices. Finding furniture of their quality is hard nowadays.
