Anyone here Morgadge specialist?

I’m currently with TD at 1.94% variable. Is anyone a mortgage specialist here with either TD, cibc, hsbc, national bank, RBC which can offer me bette rate?

Lowest I got from TD as of today is 1.7.Where my colleague with higher morgadge rate was able to get down to 1.65%.

This is new morgadge with new house started paying in July /2020.

Morgadge is a mortgage with negative interest rates...you get moregadgets as a result of being paid to borrow!!

Are you renewing? I could probably get you 1.64 five yr fixed or possibly lower (lower if it's variable), DM for details

Looking to either do rate switch or go with bank that offers lower rate.

I bought house in end of July of this year.

Which bank are you working with?
