Anyone know the current wait time of 2022 Lexus NX 350h?

My current lease with another car brand will end this August and I am interested in leasing the 2022 Lexus NX 350h with either the Ultra Luxury or the Executive Package. Anyone know:

1) the current wait time for this vehicle?
2) if there’s any room for price negotiation with any Lexus dealership in Toronto/GTA?

Thanks in advance!

Dealers aren’t giving ETAs or if they are, they’re not reliable. I ordered one in December and I have no updates. My friend ordered one in October and is just getting theirs delivered at end of this month. I would probably estimate 4-6 months.

However, I read that NX assembly at the Ontario plant is coming online this month so maybe the wait times will decrease soon.

Good luck getting any discounts. The car is way too popular in the GTA right now. Maybe if you’re interested in the pure gas, non hybrid model you might be able to get something since I see a few sitting at dealer lots.

Ordered end of January. ETA-end of April, but no guarantee. Price - you pay price on lexus.ca website - that is no extra documentation/dealership fees but you can negotiate some free accessories or oil changes worth 500-800$.

Ordered in October and receiving in a couple of weeks but mine is coming from Japan. With Cambridge, Ontario starting to build them this month the wait time should be shorter. Expect to pay full MSRP with no added fees.

When you say no added fees - does that mean absolutely no added fee as in like the doc fee/admin fee which the dealers include ?

You pay what you see on lexus.ca website + Taxes + Licensing ?

Correct paid what was on the lexus.ca build and price with no admin, doc fee. Although I hear Lexus on the Park is trying to add a $699 fee they call WEIN supposedly for future maintenance service done.

Ordered on the weekend. Was told 3 months, but perhaps sooner since we wanted Black on Black which was less in demand. No idea whether any of that is true or whether it is salesperson bluster.

I am thinking about ordering one. Does anyone have a good dealer/sales rep to recommend in the GTA. I am in Aurora. Thank you!

I ordered mine on the 26 of march and have been told it is delayed until September this year IF everything goes as plan. My interest rate is only locked in for 90 days so will be changed to 5.9 if it gets delivered in sept

I had quite a pleasant experience with them. Paid MSRP, got a higher value for my trade in than other dealership and was in and out within 30min or a bit less. Hit or miss?

I think they re-assess the trade in value at the time your car arrives... who knows what the final trade in value will end up being.

Anybody knows why?
Its a small, 4000 lbs CUV, slow as molasses, way over-engineered for what its capable of.
The engine runs on premium, plus 2 electric motors, yet it only gets 6l/100km.
167 lb.-ft. of torque and CVT contraption to move 4000 lbs car.
Good luck merging on the hwys fully loaded.
Is this what passes for the "luxury car" nowadays?
