Anyone ordered furniture from Staples?

Hey folks
Has anyone here ordered furniture from Staples previously?
I'm not sure what to think. I ordered a computer desk and it shipped today. Oddly enough, there is no tracking information, and there is a two week window for delivery. Anytime from tomorrow to two weeks from now. So, I'm a little curious if and when this will show up, and whether there will be any advance notice. Staples couldn't help me narrow it down unfortunately.

So, does anyone have experience here with receiving a furniture delivery that had a similarly vague delivery date? Thx

This is all normal and should be expected from all retailers due to virus. So have patience.

I think the vague delivery date is due to the delivery being sourced from a third party vendor.
Other furniture deliveries are next day delivery.

Now, it has been shipped and the furniture could show up any working day over the next two weeks. I'd like to have some notice that the shipment is going to arrive on any given day rather than find a 150lb package surprise on my front lawn one afternoon.

Some companies just use Staples as an interface for their website. In these cases a tracking number is not provided but if you contact their customer service they can provide you with the tracking number.
