if it's for Android, there is Youtube Downloader on XDA, works in the Youtube app using the share option and then selecting Youtube Downloader.

If you are watching the video on your phone, why would you want to download it? Just watch it in real time.
Wouldn't it make more sense to download it on your computer and then transfer the video to your phone?
