Anyone think there will be any discounts on the watch 4? I'm not expecting anything, really, but I literally just bought on yesterday from best buy and haven't opened it yet so even $1 off is something.

What is the point of creating a BF thread with no deals? Most of the threads that were created had a sneak peek and kind of indicators what the prices are. This thread is nothing but an indicator of Apple BF sales event for the four days.

Apple usually does not do much in Boxing day as it is only in Canada.

I don't remember what they have in last year's black friday.

Also, didn't see those 10x aeroplan miles or 10x airmile deals this year as well?
Someone posted a screenshot a few days ago of 15x Air Miles when you buy via airmilesshops.ca, starting Nov. 23. If you normally receive 1 Air Mile per $20 spent at apple.ca, you would receive 750 Air Miles on a $1,000 purchase, for cash value of $79. As well, the Shop the Block Air Miles promotion is running right now.

Looking to get the new Mac mini. Hopefully they include something.

I'm sure a lot of you already know about this. Please keep in mind that when you're shopping at Apple, follow the couple things:

1. Use your student discount for any devices, $999 vs $939 for iPad Pro 11 starting price. They never check your student ID, I usually tell them what college I go to.
2. Use your employer discount for any accessories. I've noticed that the company discount gives more benefit for accessories. They don't usually check the details but would ask you where you work and maybe verify your email address at the most.

Costco has 32/64 GB models for $220/$225. Plus you can use $20 off $100 masterpass discount.

$1 off $2,000 iPhone XS MAX
Whoah Whoah Whoah! Slow down there speed racer. They can't just give the farm away like this. It has to be store credit. That way you can trick them into buying something else marked up 500%. Pshh you can't just rely on one off sales. You have to trick customers into an entire ecosystem they can't escape. Hence using iOS updates for intentional obsolescence of older devices.

Best Buy is having $80 off the iPad -- which means you're paying less tax as well.
Is this for Canadian Best Buy? I haven’t been able to find any deals on the IPad at all in Canada.

It's in both the Best Buy Black Friday and Early VIP flyers.

You should go and get the Sportchek gift cards for 15% off and buy an Apple watch in-store
RFD is not just about saving money, it's about the thrill of the hunt and not paying full price like Joe Shmoe did. This applies to everyday items as well as high end items that I don't really need.

Also, remember that you can buy discount gift cards from the STC promo and then use them to buy stuff at the Apple Store in Yorkdale, so effectively you can get a 9.1% discount on top of whatever deal that Apple may or may not have on Black Friday.

I purchased $600 Sport Chek gift cards at Canadian Tire at 15% off about a month back, I think I saw a similar deal at Rexel now in another post. That equates to a cost of $510.00. Then I went to Sport Chek and combined them into one $600 gift card to use online. I then purchased through Ebates and got $16.77 back in ebates cash. I purchased it on a day that triangle rewards we 20X and got another $45 back in CT money. Net cost for a new 44mm Series 4 with taxes was just under $500.00. No great triangle rewards bonus now but Sport Chek ebates is 6% back instead of 3%.

didn't pay much attention to last year's apple gift card deals... any idea if there is a possibility refurbished stuff would qualify for gift card? (i'm about 98% sure it's not, but just thought I ask... :P)
