If you don’t need the size, it’s not much more powerful than today’s basic iPad, especially considering it’s pushing more pixels. The newest mini is the sweet spot for me, powerful, pixel dense, wide colour gamut and for couch reading and photo culling it is amazingly light, finish up edits on my desktop anyhow.
