Hoping these go on sale soon. Finally have the space to add one and none of the 6 button 2 player units are on sale.

Restalgia is adding games to the Walmart Ms. Pacman machine. Seems like 1Up has made it easy with their firmware update system

Add more games easily without the need for an RPi, although he will be releasing more videos soon with more details. Something to watch for.

*If you wanna buy something, wait for it! Eventually RFD will post it and something in your pants will feel awesome that you waited: your wallet.*

The new TMNT Turtles in Time is on preorder for 800$ CAD so I expect X Men to be at the same price...

What was the screen size in old arcade machines?
Well there wasn't a set size, it depended on the machine. But I'm guessing the smallest typical size would be a 20" CRT? I know some arcade CRT's were at least 25", maybe even larger. The original 1Up's are 17" LCD's.

I don't think they need to get that large TBH. Remember, those CRT's couldn't give a flat edge to edge image like an LCD.
I think 19" will be a decent size bump, but as you said I'm not sure the price point will be as welcome a bump.

I think these will be in the $1300 CAD range.. it would have to be a hell of a game and/or cabinet for me to buy.
