I see that many AirBnB cottages (lakefront) have no dates booked meaning no one is booking them I assume. If you own an AirBnB (preferably a lakefront cottage), please post your average number of nights booked per year and average rental income per annum. Please also post your estimate property value.

Is AirBnB as a business to saturated and only to the benefit of AirBnB and not homeowners?

I would say Prince Edward Island. AirBnB rate in that region is just ridiculous.

i dont book airbnbs anymore since their pricing is ridiculous
a 200$ a night place turns into 450 after cleaning and fees. At that point i'd rather stay in a hotel.

Way too much now. Back when I was in university not so long ago I could get downtown condos for like 90 a night. Now that will barely get you a shoddy room. Its funny how things go full circle, what was cheap at one point eventually becomes as expensive or more than it replaced.

Completely agree. Airbnb made sense a few years ago, when it was cheaper than hotels. Now it's at least on par, often more expensive than hotels. I'm not even using it when travelling anymore. Get better deals on hotels.
