Hmm. 90% of my running, if not more, is done on the trail near my house. I know nothing about trail running shoes though. Would this be my best bet in this price point?
Good price on a pretty good shoe - the only thing I don't like about these shoes is the arch is very prominent. I don't notice it that much when I'm running but if I'm walking it kind of feels like you're walking on tennis balls.
Are returns easy? In Toronto.. Since you have to buy online.. Or can you ship it back free?
Also, if you want to also run on paved areas, is this really bad for that? Like should these only be used for running on the trails and not pavement? Or maybe even damaging to the shoe?

Return to store is very easy with Sport Chek and Atmosphere. These are minimalist trial running shoes so unless you know what you are getting into here I wouldn't suggest buying them.
I really wanted to get these for the gym as it's a great price. After reading a bunch of reviews, it seems the arch is far too high and uncomfortable on these shoes.
Also, the title says free shipping but the website says it's only free once you hit $99.

I found most 'trail' runners are just as good on paved areas as regular runners, if not better when you know the area you are running on is only 1/2 paved, and some of the path is dirt
