Average Leverage Ratio On Home / Condo Purchase

Just curious if anyone had any anecdotal viewpoints on what the average leverage ratio is on a home / condo purchase, especially over the past few years?

Are the majority of people just betting the farm on this market or are most people just upgrading from their existing homes?

I know rates are down (a lot), but is there also a higher risk tolerance now?

First time home buyers are for the most part maxed out....which has been the norm since forever (last decade anyway). The only difference the age of the first time home buyers from my anecdotal POV is older relative to the past (5+ years ago).
