APP IN-STORE PICKUP DEAL ONLY (I DID 10 KING STREET EAST LOCATION IN TORONTO)
Steps:
1) Download the B.GOOD app on Android or iPhone
2) Sign up for an account when it's your birthday (will be valid for up to a month after your birthday)
2.1) Make sure you use a valid phone number as mobile verification is required
3) Go to Order Now and choose your closest location and select Order Here (I chose 10 King Street East, and it worked flawlessly)
4) Hit back to the menu page and then go to My Rewards and then Your Active Offers, you should see 2 offers: [1 - Birthday offer for free Main] [2 - First time app offer for free Side]
5) Click Redeem and choose a Main (up to $12.50) for your first order and choose a Side (up to $5) for your second order (you can do the orders consecutively 1 after another, just make sure the first one goes through first)
6) Check out and you shouldn't need to enter in any credit card information if you stay within the limits
7) Wait 20 minutes and pick up your order
