B2B ONLINE BANKING issue
Hi folks!
Has anyone else had issues logging into B2B ONLINE BANKING website to check their accounts?
Today, I tried logging in but misstyped the password. The error the site gave was: "An error has occurred. Please contact our Help Desk 1.866.334.4434."
It didn't give me a chance to re-enter the correct password. I then @ login was able to change the password, tried to enter with new credentials but nope,
same error message. If resetting the password can only be done by calling in, that's awfully inconvenient.
I can only hope it's nothing more major.
