I have the bowflex kettlebell from a while back. How does this compare. This is about 1/3 of the cost of that when I bought that and tempted to buy a couple of still possible.

This is a kettlebell. Not the same as a dumbbell. You do different workouts with these. You're not gonna do bench press with these one.
