Bad Delivery experience with Lowe's

This is my first time purchase major appliance online.
Ordered dishwasher from Lowe's on Oct 9.
When I order, it said they will content me AFTER Oct 18 to Arrange delivery.
I actually fly out for business in Oct 10-16, everything is good, Right?
Wrong: on Oct 11, I got a call with pre-recorded message say it will be deliver tomorrow 2pm to 4pm.
I call the number they gave me on the message try to rearrange, they told me they are only shipping company , they can't rearrange delivery, all they can do is cancel and I have to call Lowe's to reschedule. So I did.
Call Lowe's customer service, they told me I have to call their store, even I place the order online, and the store is closed.
Finally call them next day, spoke to someone to reschedule. They told me someone will contact me on Oct 18 to Make ARRANGEMENTS. He told me it should be someone call me to make arrangements, not a pre-recorded message told me the delivery time. That's what arrangements mean.

Tonight at 10PM, I got a pre-recorded message again told me it will be delivering tomorrow between 9am and 11am.
I was like : What the.........

So I call them back, again they told me all they can do is cancel the delivery, and I have to call the store tomorrow to reschedule.

Anyone have same issue?

This is starting to drive me crazy.

Bright side of RFD: Often find good deal
Dark side of RFD: Tons of stuff that I don't need but still got them because of RFD

They called you on October 18th, which both parties agreed, to make arrangements but you seemed to not hold your part of the agreement because you were not home. The world does revolve around your life.

They didn't call me to make arrangements. They call me at 10PM with a pre-recorded message (I did pickup the call, but it is just a rebot voice, not a live person) told me it will be deliver tomorrow morning between 9 am to 11am.

From my experience for the last 2 purchase using the Truck delivery with my online orders, it seems Lowes staffs will never call you to schedule, at least it didn't happen from my Lowes store. In other words, their system will schedule the delivery automatically. If you need a specific day for the delivery, then you need to call the store. Once the delivery is scheduled, the system will call you one day in advance and notify you the 2 hours delivery time window on the next day. The driver will even call you 10 to 20 minutes before the arrival.

Calling Lowes' customer service cannot help you to assign the delivery date for the order. However, customer service or the online chat rep can help you call the store to fix/resolve some problems if you cannot contact the Lowes' local store.

That's what I learn now.
I expect they call me to schedule, because that's what it said when I place my order.
However what they done is call me with automatic robot at 10pm tell me it coming tomorrow 9am.
That's my issue.
