bailiff/huissier rate/cost in Montreal
Hello all,
I was wondering if someone has ever hired a bailiff to evict a tenant? I got the decision from Regie du logement and called one bailiff near my place and they quoted me between $1500 - $2000 (have to give an advance of $1500) for them to start the process of eviction.
I was wondering what are the rate/cost in Montreal for bailiff to evict tenant?
Anyone got any recommended place?
