I have the original baking steel and cannot recommend it highly enough. My pizza turns out just as good as one from a wood pizza oven. Do yourself a favour and buy yourself one...

How's everyone pizza steel. I bought the griddle version. I shipped mine to the border so I'll getting it sometime. I'm super pumped!
