I'm not liking that their recent X% off sale are "final sale, no returns". If the sizing was 100% consistent, fine, but it's typically a crap shoot. It's a huge deterrent.

Agree. I used to spend thousands of dollars at BR every year. Anytime I see final sale I move on immediately - unfortunately they seem to be doing more and more of this

I used to buy from BR every couple of months, then they decided to have a garbage display for their clothes. Like you see a shirt and pants, but they are selling the scarf that you wouldn't notice in the picture, just trying to be woke with their models. I just want to see the clothing in a normal background AND everything is final sale. Went from spending easily $500+ a year to 0, so thank you BR for saving me money!

they're becoming a Costco brand.

A woman's dress pant costs $90 at BR.
Costco has it for $20

FYI: MEXX is still alive. they had their products at Costco as well.
Costco West: BC, AB, SK & MB
Costco East: ON, Québec , NB, NS & PEI
Family Day: Costco is closed (except for Quebec)

Funny, I was going to comment on that as well. Lots of listings for shirts you can't actually see because they have 3 layers on top of it.

500$/year is nothing to BR

Stopped buying stuff from there when they stopped accepting returns on clearance items. What's the point of buying clothes online if you can't return them when they don't fit?

I thought I was the only one who felt that their no returns policy was BS and stopped shopping there. Glad so many others feel the same way.

Does anyone actually buy BR when its not 50% off?
Similar to other comments, haven't really spent much past cpl of years there -partially cuz of the final sale nonsense + wasn't a big fan of recent collections - have to say this year their mens sweaters are really nice and picked up quite a few diff ones over the winter ..pretty sure they've had their 50% off going since xmas?

This is actually not a bad deal. I put in an order for the suits but I know the sizing, otherwise I wouldn't buy final sale because it's hit and miss on sizing. They added their standard suits to the sale so I was getting a suit jacket for 130 and suit pants for 68 and this was before any gift card discount and rakuten, which I think was 6% at the time. Sad this probably also means they'll stop making the suits in standard fit.

I've been watching for these suits to go on sale as a good RFDer so when I looked they'd disappeared from the regular collection so they showed up in the sale collection.

There's a good chance you're getting tricked on Mexx, my guess is that Costco will make clothes in brand names that have gone out of business. Other times the clothes are specially made for Costco and it's not the same stuff you'd find in store. Sometimes it's legit though but in the Mexx case it could be that they bought the rights to the brand.

Unfortunately the final sale is too risky for me. Depending on the style, I could be a L or XL.

60% off sale is the one to wait for.

Kind of like the 50% off no exclusion is the one to wait for.

Even though it's final sale, can you exchange for another size in store?

Not bad.

50% off sale, stack with Rakutein for an extra 4% off, use the coupon for an extra 15% off, use my crypto dot com visa for an extra 5% off.

So the suit jacket I've had my eye on was 400$
320$ on sale
160$ with 50% off
127.50$ after extra 15% off
127.50$ gets charged to my crypto.com visa
5.10$ back in rakutein
6.38$ back from visa
= 11.38 in cash backs

127.50-11.38 =

116.12$

Need rapid movement chinos in plain colours like black and navy. I think the friends & family sale seems to be the best for staples. Anyone remember when the friends & family sale happens?

This deal is dead but I'm on the BR site now and the regular sale prices are the same as what I paid at 50% off.

So yeah, just track the prices and ignore the sale.
