Banana Republic Re-Opens in York Region- Returns Inquiry
So I bought a sweater for a family member in December of 2020 as an xmas gift from the Upper Canada Mall BR location. Lockdown started on the 26th of December and so I could not return it and get another one in the right size.
I called the store and they said they won't accept exchanges via curbside pickup. That is fine. I then asked them about the return policy being a 30 day window. They said hold onto the receipt and whenever we reopen in stores, we can do the exchange. I then proceeded to call BR customer service and they told me the same thing.
Fast forward to today, Upper Canada Mall will be re-opening tomorrow and hopefully the BR store too. Do you guys think its way past the the return schedule given the whole situation? I am hoping I can get the exchange done haha.
