That's a metal USB memory key, the kind that has a key-ring hole in it. I have one like it myself, it's one of many things that makes my 2 sets of keys unweildy, and makes me think this is worth a try.

Wish they have one with small tube on both sides. I don't think I've any keys with holes that fit in the big tube.
