Banking transfer from TD -> USA

Banking transfer from TD -> USA

Anyone have experience using Global TD Transfer? Recently transferred a small amount to a USA institution and literally have no idea where the funds are. I've called TD 5 times and none of the have the ability to check the status and only able to raise a dispute. On the transfer site, it says it is complete, but on the recipient side there is no record of it. The account info and routing numbers are all correct as it was copied/pasted.

Quite possibly the worst experience I've had doing transfers.

Also, anyone notice most of the TD canada trust numbers are disconnected?
18667043194 - credit card number
18662351974 - number provided for Global TD transfer disconnected
18886633279 - the number on their APP is disconnected

When did it say "complete"? Can easily take 2 or 3 more business days, depending upon the bank, for it to be credited to the recipient account.

The TD Global Transfer process being so obtuse was one of the straws that broke the camel's back in my move from TD to HSBC 5 years ago.

HSBC global transfers are *INSTANT*, it is such a huge difference, esp when you are trying to pay a US bill that is due EOD on a Friday.
