Decent deal on 24" x 150 ft of butchers paper to wrap your delicious brisket, pork, and ribs in.

**In store only** Locations: Calgary North, Calgary South, Burlington, Oakville, Etobicoke.

I know Costco sells a 18" x 1050 ft roll of butchers paper for $24 but if you're a casual smoker like I am and dont want a giant roll of butchers paper in the house this 150 ft roll will be more than enough to last the summer. Also, this roll is 6" wider than the roll from Costco if that matters to you at all.

Foil ribs, paper brisket and naked butts! Friends don't let friends wrap butts! LOL
It honestly doesn't matter how it gets done, as long as it tastes good after all that work!

Always depends on what i'm dealin' with...

For pork ribs, it depends on the audience, some ppl like it super soft where it falls off the bone, which then I wrap, for those that like the pull off the bone, no wrap.
Brisket comes down to time, if short on time, foil if short on time, paper for when enough time but want to soften up the bark again, no wrap if i want that crunchy bark.
Beef ribs stays unwrapped for me.
Haven't done pork butt in a long time, but i think I foil that cause i take off too much fat during the prep.. also nice cause its already wrapped up when i let it rest.

Speaking of.. I just smoked bacon... obviously no wrap :)

Is the butcher's paper at Costco the same quality? That would be a lifetime supply for me, which won't be long if I keep eating ribs, pork butts and brisket.

I assume it performs the same if ur thinking of quality of the paper. The only thing that should affect ur decision is whether 24 inch is wide enough. I use the 18 inch roll paper, and for brisket, I would need two sheets side by side.
