BOGO watch straps YMMV?

Received my bands today in Ontario. Quite happy with this purchase. It was delivered to my mailbox along with regular mail and flyers by Canada Post.

I got mine on 26-Aug in GTA (exactly 7 days after the status of departed processing center).

However, I need to return or exchange one of the two due to a fit issue (quality is impeccable though). Anyone has experience returning/exchanging from Canada?

Received mine yesterday. If anyone would like to swap out their 20mm strap for a 22mm strap, please let me know. i got the sail cloth nylon one and the canvas, both in black
