See picture.

Anyone knows why some branches turn brown?

How to fix this?

Thanks in advance

Soil too wet? They don' like wet soil, certainly not overnight.

Is it growing in soil? Could be fusarium, mainly a soil-born fungal disease, although it can also spread via contaminated seed.

OP honestly I'm just impressed you've been able to keep basil alive this long, I haven't been able to do that despite many attempts. Are you using grow-lights?

It's growing at home using grow light, so i don't think it would be disease when it's growing at home?

I thought Basil is easy to grow? no?

Watch how moist you get the soil. Basil does like moist soil but not too moist and not 100% of the time and certainly not wet. Dark shoots and wilting looking leaves are signs of overwatering.

I think i over-water a bit too much.

I will cut down on the watering. How to fix it now though? would the brown branches turn green later?

No (won't go back to being green), but maybe (best case), it is getting woody and hardening rather than dying and rotting. Those dead brown stubs are dead.

Nope, they're gone.

Cut back on the water, lots of light and it should start to bush out.
