Bathroom Renovation. Pipes knocking

Decided to renovate my own bathroom using individual trades please

After completing the plumbing in the shower a am hearing a pipe knocking sound once the master bath toilet fills ups

Video doesn't work, as it asks for a sign-in. You probably have air in the system. Open all of your outlets, including the shower and let water flow for a couple of minutes to clear the air pocket(s).

Yep, what this guy said. Anti-hammering device will likely solve it. Hope you don't have any leaks.

Still haven't connect the water and toilet.

Listen to the last 5 secs. Only the master toilet is full the knocking sounds

I think there might be some air left in the pipe, that's why it's making that kind of noise! You should get it removed and reinstall if possible.

Are the water pipes exposed in your home? At my place, it was just that the pipes weren't anchored properly in a ton of spots; a few bucks of screws and it's all quiet.

If the problem is in the walls, then you're probably just going to have to install hammer arrestors.
