Since this is G2A, these are likely keys being resold from the numerous graphics cards promotions where the game comes free. Just a note, since those are technically not legal to sell. Though I have not heard of Warner Bros. ever throwing a fit about those kinds of stuff.

Greenmangaming in the VIP section has it for 40% off $35.99 USD. As far as I know, VIP is just signing up for an account.

They also have the premium edition for 40% off at $69.98 USD, though I'm not sure if the premium edition is worth it at the moment as the season pass is only $40 USD on GMG or $45 CAD on steam. Who knows, during the steam summer sale (rumored to start June 11 - 21st), it may be get some discount.

There is no reason not to go this route if the dude has good feedback.

I have got the Premium Edition(comes with season pass) from cdkeys for 35.75 USD and used 5% fb code so $34 USD with.
I have bought lot of stuff from them, you should have no problems.
