BB&B 10%off giftcard is a Scam

https://bedbathandbeyondca.cashstar.com ... card_21727

I called 855-741-1208.

Try to purchase the gift card with 10% off through CashStar bedbathbeyond and it doesn't process. Called the department and wait for almost 2 hours. They reply me with nonsense answer. saying " it doesn't go through and that's what is it". I asked what should I do and they did not care and reply saying "that's what it is" in a very very rude manner. I asked if I can talk to the supervisor and they hanged up my call.

I read review of CashStar online and seems it is a scam. But why BB&B has it on their website. If anyone gets it work, please let me know.

I'm not clicking on that sketchy link, but I think you need a lesson on how the internet works, Mr. ZiqiF20088. This is not on BB&B at all. The link looks like it clicks through to cashstar.com. Just because it has bedbathandbeyond in the URL, doesn't mean they're affiliated with this scam in any way. I could have a scam website, say, iscamyou.com, and I can then have bedbathandbeyond.iscamyou.com, microsoftstore.iscamyou.com, costco.iscamyou.com...

As always, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Caveat Emptor.

Well there are lots of legit offers for 10% off gc's like at UGO/Moola/at supermarkets etc etc... This one is pretty obviously not just from looking at the url like you pointed out.

Do you know what scam actually means, and where did you find that number? If it is the fraud department, those people are usually not friendly at any company. Make sure you enter all your information correctly and your bank is not declining the transaction.

I saw this promo in bb&b offical website. And I was redirect to cashstar from the bb&b website. First I call bb&b and they told me it was handled by CashStar and then I made another call.

I had no issue buying the 10% off BB&B gift cards from them, I also bought the gift cards during the "Buy $50 BB&B gift card Get another $10 gift card Free" promotion, Both events I had no issue to purchase the gift cards.
It could be something wrong with your credit card or your credit card company was blocking the process, you should have contacted your credit card company to find out why it didn't process.
