It doesn't work for me. I put the $1.99 "Cables To Go 0.5 ft. 3.5mm Stereo Female To 2 RCA Stereo Male Y" into my cart. Then added the Viva sampler into my cart. I clicked Checkout. The shipping is free but it's charging me for the Viva Sampler.

Got a shipping confirmation. Got enough razers (11 - lol) for the year and I normally buy the Febreeze air freshners anyways and the Magic Erasers are nice.

Got my sample though minus the Olay. (5 items).
Then got a message that they don't have the cable so they canceled that item. Furthermore, they apologized with $5 Digital Dollars.

You don't need to take the sample box back since the box and cable were separate items. However, they *might be unwilling to accept since it was a package deal promotion.
Depends on the rep I think. Once I receive all orders, got 1 yesterday, I'm gonna bring in all receipts and filler items and try a refund.
