Our upper floor is carpet but bottom is hardwood and ceramic. Now Dyson is making me want to get this as a second vacuum

This guy's video channel is awesome for reviewing vacuums.

Very interesting indeed! We have all hard surfaces (save for some small entry mats) so this looks very interesting.

I wonder if the omniglide head would fit on something like a V10/V11 for increased capacity and battery life. 20min and a small canister likely wouldn't cut it for me -- I guess I could get additional batteries but it'd be nice if they could be charged outside of the vacuum itself (like a Ryobi battery).

The dyson cyclone v11 is 629.99 at Costco right now…what’s the difference between this and the v11 absolute?

Pretty sure the Cyclone V11 at Costco is basically the V11 Torque Drive + extension hose + flexible crevice tool.

And the V11 Absolute is the V11 Torque Drive + soft roller head.

I just picked up the V11 Absolute for $749 direct from Dyson - 10% ebates. I think $675 for the Absolute with the soft roller is a pretty good deal. If you're mostly on hard floors, it seems like a better option than the Cyclone V11 from Costco.

How's this deal compared to the v11 absolute pro for $799 at best buy? There are so many different ones, just need one for a big condo half hardwood half carpet, no pets.

By via Dyson. Same price but Rakuten has 7% cash back. A few days ago it was 10% so $75 back.
