[Bed Bath And Beyond] Miele Complete C3 Limited Edition in Berry Red - $499.99 ($200 off)

Unfortunately, excluded from coupons.

Expires July 15. I expect other retailers to match this price if they haven't already

This limited edition was advertised for the same price on other online retailers the past 2 months. Although, I went with the Miele Complete C3 - Brilliance instead after research.
Nevertheless a great vacuum and brand. Just please ensure that the provided vacuum heads are right for your home!!

So they say it's excluded from coupons but it's still worth a shot. When I ordered my C1 on sale it said it was excluded but the welcome code still worked and the order went through. This was a few months ago.

I did the same thing, but I don't remember the process. It did work in the end and my order was shipped.

I have a Dyson v6 from some years ago as my go to vacuum.

I planned on getting a bag vacuum with allergies and dust.

Is this something great for big mess? Outside dirt, drywall dust, wood dust?

No. I mean you can, but the bags will fill up very quickly. Consider getting a shopvac for construction mess where you can easily empty and replace filters much more cost efficient.

Hey question for you Miele vacuum owners. I have an old Miele which suddenly started giving out a burning wire smell and then stopped completely. I inherited the vacuum and have no warranty I presume. Any recommendations ?

Contact them, find a motor replacement, or maybe try cordless if you haven’t done it yet.

Open it up and take a look at the PCB Motherboards. Mine had some clear burn see picture.
Got it replaced in Vancouver store with used one. $60 ish

If you have carpet, go with models with power head. Otherwise this will work without mess. You need to replace the HEPA filter and bags periodically though. Personally I can't go back to corded vac.

what model is it you got? vacuums have a 5 year warranty for everything but 7 years on the motor. so if it's the motor it's gone there is a good chance it may still have warranty.

miele can look up based on the serial number an aprox time for when it was sold or if it's been registered.

never, and i mean never, use a household vacuum for anything involving outside dirt, drywall dust, construction messes, water etc. that's what shop vacs are for
you WILL void their warranty and you will probably also damage the vacuum if you try to use it for that.

for household, Miele vacuums are sealed so they work really well for allergies and dust, it's also very clean as everything is collected in a self - sealing bag that you replace maybe every few months.
you can get heavy duty HEPA filters for the vacuums but unless you have severe allergies you probably wont need it.

I just bought one of these from Costco to replace my Dyson V8. My only regret was not getting a Miele from the start.

Build quality is excellent and all the accessories are very thoughtfully designed. The C3 Complete is a good choice if you have mostly bare floors. It's the full size unit and includes the head you'd want to use for bare floors, not all Mieles come with the same heads. I've used the other attachment for carpets on my rugs and it does fine. The vacuum is also very quiet even on full power and lighter than expected. Not as annoying as I thought to carry it to vacuum stairs.

The Dyson did well when I lived in a smaller space, as max suction would last the entire duration. Having moved into a home with multiple floors, the Dyson ran out of juice after cleaning 1.5 floors. It doesn't clean well when not on max suction.

The Miele model names are weird and I've spent more time than I want to admit researching them. So let me help you out. The C3 designates the size of the unit and the name Complete tells you what heads it comes with. Find what your needs are (carpet or bare floors) and find the corresponding head that is best for your application. Then go on Miele's website to find which package has the head you need.

Good shopvac is more than 50% cheaper than this miele, and is made for job that you need it for. Get that instead and dont waste your money on something that isnt made for hat you want to do.

I love my Miele C3. I managed to get the $1099 Cat and Dog model in last year's Amazon Prime Day for $600.
