I've never had HD go as far as comparing the model numbers - as long as it's clearly the same product and same name. That's probably store/employee dependant, but it doesn't hurt to try.

On the other hand, I would be hesitant to install any Ring products at all. They've been in the news a lot lately for all the wrong reasons.

I picked up one of these on the recent Amazon Alexa deal for Prime members. $129 plus HST, came to $145. I've changed my mind and no longer need it. Will sell for what I paid for it $145. It's unopened and available in south Oakville. Price is firm as I will return it to Amazon for a full refund next week if nobody wants it.
