I was a ftth customer with bell and was offered $65 for 20gb last year (a recurring $10 credit as the regular price was $75 at the time) and in addition a $100 credit that would be applied at $10 a month, bringing the price down to $55/month, which at the time was a great deal. I received ZERO credits and got stuck with $75/month - I had to file a CCTS complaint and eventually got the money back - but it was a nightmare dealing with them. I had managers telling me the credits I quoted did not exist, despite the fact that I could see the ad for the $10 residential credit still on the website. Bell is horrible. It's a great deal if you can get it, but my recommendation would be document and record EVERYTHING. Take the name of everyone you deal with. Be careful.
Have to agree. Bell starts off well, then a year down the road you're paying a lot more and they have no response.

As for the deal, I was offered this but still want a cheaper plan
