Bell Canada Compensation

I am waiting on offer from Bell.
Wondering if anyone knows about Compensation Range for Bell Canda for Senior Advisor Position- CP3 level?
I checked Glassdoor but data kind of looks skewed.

I heard Bell doesn't give raise on a year over year in base. Is that true?

18% bonus range end of February if the company, segment & the individual hits all the target. CP3 salary depends which segment you belong ..if I recall the mobility one is on the range of 80 to 90 K yearly. Somehow Bell falls behind the peers in total comp (Telus/Rogers).
Good luck.

CP2 - Low 40's to Low 70's
CP3 - Low 80's to 120's

This is from 2016. Things could be different now but too much. They have really good RRSP plans :).
Please thank me if you find this helpful

If CP3 is senior advisor, what is one up? I figure CP4 but what title might match that grade?

And the RRSP plan is their DC? Just curious if they have DB.

DC plan since 2006 for new hires ( unless you are unionized) not a case for CP3

I think CP4 is director level. CP3 is manager or senior individual contributor. Is that correct?
I wonder architect role belong to which grade...CP3 or CP4.?

was once offered 120K Base with 17% bonus on a Sr. Manager - security arch. role. Not sure if it was Cp3 or 4 but it was well below industry average.
