Bell Fibe Red X on Screen

Anyone ever have a problem with a Red X on their TV screen with Bell Fibe? I followed the instructions on the Bell Support page but it was helpful.
It says that the tv is not connected with receiver. What I don't understand is the secondary old box tv is working and picking up the wifi signal from the main hub but the primary TV is just showing this RED X.
The internet and wifi is working and the primary tv is also capable of streaming Amazon Prime but it won't show any live TV on it. No use asking Bell to send anyone over due to COVID.
Anyone have any suggestions. I have tried everything. Rebooting the system. Changed modem cables. Our Sony Bravia says its connected to the WIFI system.
That said the RED X remains on the screen and the Bell Fibe box red light remains on.
