Bell FTTH availability issue

I moved into my current building late last year and according to the condo annual meeting minutes, Bell completed building and in-unit cabling upgrades early last year to enable "21st century internet". I assume that means upgrades to enable FTTH, but when I check service availability on their website, the fastest package available is 50/10 FTTN. I checked nearby buildings and they have FTTH available. Who should I contact to get this investigated? Bell sales/customer service agents are useless in this case. All they can do is parrot what they see in the availability checker rather than look into the problem.

Contact the condo board to see where this project is at.

I spoke to one of the directors on the board and as far as they know, all upgrades were completed and Bell even held an info session in the lobby (this was before I moved in).
