[Bell] HOT-$43.95/month for FIBE 500 or $53.95 for Gigabit - Ontario

Say what you will about Bell as a company, but they are currently offering Fibe 500 for $43.95/12 months Deal has been extended!

Created an account just to share this, as 50mbps is $49.95 and 1000mbps is $53.95.

I called 18662420008 - this department seems to have unadvertised deals for NEW customers. Existing customers will get transferred to customer service. I didn't see this anywhere on the Bell website.

Update: You can add ALT TV for only $10 more or go for Gigabit 1000mbps for $53.95
Update2: This deal has been extended again until first week of January 2020!
Update3: RFD mentioned that you can also get Gigabit Internet/Better TV and Home Phone for $109.90 (will increase by $5 in January to $114.90).

It's a better price than what I have which is the 69.95 for 1GB plan. FIBE has been more reliable for my condo building

it is an unadvertised deal through this department - found their number in another thread and decided to give them a call to see what I could get, you won't see it online or in stores. They said it will expire this weekend and is for Ontario only, I am not sure what their Quebec offers are but doesn't hurt to call and find out

We fought Bell when it came to our condo building, but majority wanted it, so we signed up for a bulk 5 year contract. $37 for 1 Gig service. I have to say it's been rock solid and speeds are insane.

They don't have optical cables in my area so they can only offer me Fibe 25 for 85$

Live in Brampton. Was offered the plan when I called in. 500mbps. There is an $60 installation fee though. Anyone know a way to get it waived?

Call Rogers and see what they will offer. I just got 1 gigabit for $49 a month for 12 months. YMMV.

Rogers gigabit is not nearly the same as Bell's gigabit if you can get fiber though. Definitely YMMV.

True. But Bell only offers FTTN to my area and not FTTH. I've had consistent speed with Rogers so far. Stupidly fast fwiw.

I was on this service/promo for a year. Rock solid internet, and loved the FTTH synchronous speeds. Ended up switching to Rogers 500u for about this price on an intro offer as Bell wouldnt extend my promo. Although I enjoyed FTTH, I was more concerned about cost (this is RFD after all). Im hoping that this promo returns when my Rogers promo comes up.

I would say its a no brainier at this price. FWIW Bell only increased my monthly cost once during my year (I believe it was 2 or 3 dollars).

As someone mentioned Bell will increase your price in early spring then again in the summer. They're extremely annoying and at the end of the 12 month term it goes back to normal price and they will not extend the promo even if you cancel. Once you cancelled it's a painful experience trying to figure out how much you owe them for the month you cancelled. (I'm going through it right now with them).
