Bell Internet Problem after upgrade with bonded pair - Help

All

I need some serious help. I signed up for 3 year small business plan with Bell at my home.
I was with Virgin ( which was technically Bell ) for 2 years on 50mbps connection with no issue.

When i signed up with Bell about two months ago, i was told 100mbps was available. I took that option and they installed it. Ever since it installed my internet connection keep getting disconnected few times in a day and will restart in 2-3-5 mins automatically.

Ao far 4 bell tech has visited and two found zero problem, one changed the modem and one has fix the second line connection outside.

Still problem remain unresolved. Now speaking with them this evening with lady @ bell support, she think bonded connection is issue for disconnection and i have to downgrade speed back to 50mbps but then i will loose my offer of $49.95 which will go up to $95.

Can anyone has any suggestion or feedback in order to resolve this issue?

Appreciate some support here.
Thank you

Guess you don't have fiber in your area? Bonded DSL is good if you have a good lines coming to your property. This may not be the case in residential, but I've used bonded Bell DSL for work and it was fine.

Unfortunately DSL is very sensitive to poor connections anywhere on the line. Could be up on a pole, Could be at your demarc. It's often intermittent, and dependent on environmental conditions like temperature and humidity. You may notice it happening more at one time of day. If you have a telephone on the same line, you can sometimes improve it by going off-hook on that phone for a few minutes to warm up the line - but you probably don't have phone service on your bonded pair.

This wouldn't be as much of an issue if techs were better at identifying it. They are too focused on digital explanations and don't consider analog problems. I had this happen twice on my old ADSL line over a couple of years, and both times I eventually had to call the voice line maintenance dept and complain about "poor voice quality on the line" to get them to come out and physically inspect the line and connections. That fixed it.

Thank you all for some feedback.
I am in Milton, Ontario and does not have Bell fiber where i am.
It's Bell DSL. I tried all the options with no luck so far.
I am going to see if i can downgrade back to 50mbps to have at least continuous connection without any interruption.
With regards to Cable - Cogeco is other option but i am in 3 year contract with Bell small business now.

Is it a buried cable or pulled from overhead wires? We had a problem with a DSL connection at work and it literally was because the line degraded and/or critters chewed up the line, causing intermittent issues. They ended up pulling a new line in and all problems were solved.
