Could we keep this thread to topic bell line!

Lots of posts not dealing with the topic.

I'm sure there are other rant topics some where.

Bell/bhell Rogers/robbers etc.

Cheers and thanks.
Thread started in 2016 - 1927 fully gutted and renovated 2 storey detached home in the big T.O. - small projects still in progress.

RFD priceless!

Anyone receive their bill yet? I called in a couple weeks ago and got the discount applied but just got my bill for Jan 22 for service between Jan 16 to Feb 15 and there was no discount applied. They did manage to charge me the monthly rate increase though.

From my experience, it will be two billing cycles before you see the discount. They should have told you this on your call.

Tried to get the fibe 15/10 with 325 GB for $47.95 per month for 8 months for a 1 year agreement. She said call tmw because their system wasn't responding.

I and many people did call loyalty directly. I believe their number is still the tag for the thread. I don't think regular CSRs can offer this, but I cannot confirm. Normally speaking, loyalty are the people to talk to because they have greater access to the internal system/codes, and in my experience, a better grasp of what is going on.

Piece of cake to do. My last promo offer was going to expire in February (14.98/month), and they are now crediting $18/month.

In addition, for those whose Bell TV promo renewed when they were only giving $5 off, they are now up to $10 (still not the 20-25% from a couple of years back, but better than the $5 many of us got stuck with late 2012).

Check your bills. My LD rate changed from $2.95 to $5.95
Before Anytime Block of Time 2.95
After Anytime Block of Time 5.95

Based on my email after I called there was no mention of any change to a different LD plan so.... more time wasted getting the bill fixed !

I got the promotion price calling this morning. $13.95 + tax per month. This means a promitional discount of $18 per month. I have a basic phone line, no features.
Thank you OP and people who contributed to this post.
