Is this $13.95 with caller id or without? How much for caller ID?

I called today and although I waited 25 minutes on hold (I did call the retentions number posted earlier), I was immediately offered the $13.95 deal. I had been on $14.95 for the past year and have no other services with Bell. This deal is not for new customers only as I have been with Bell for about 25 years when I got my first phone line in my bedroom as a teenager. I did say that I was going to cancel my landline depending on what they offered me.
Can someone please post the retentions number?

What is the best VOIP service these days in Canada?
Ooma

Ooma is $3.98 a month unlimited voicemail call display and is rated #1 in the US. Costco has the Ooma Telo on special for $99

I have had it for about 3 months and the call quality is amazing

People please remember that Voip quality has improved 10 folds from what it use to be 10 years ago

So it seems I'm the only one that's getting $5 off instead of $13.95/mo. for basic line, no other bundled services in Ontario. I must of done something wrong in a previous life.

I would call them back again. I also got $5 off the first time I called. After talking to my neighbour, found out they are paying less, I called Bell again and explain that the supposedly best rate of $5 off is not, they offered me another $10.95 off, so a total of $15.95.

You should try calling now to get the $18 discount for a year. Didn't the reg. price just go up to 31.95?

Dang it - also have choice and just agreed today to $10 off for 12 months...
..I will definitely be trying this.
Thanks guys. I'm going to call and hope I can get a sympathetic CSR, however I need clarification on how much the new discount is. Is it $13.95/month or $18/month off for a non-bundled land line?

does your new bundle include voice mail in the basic package, or is that another add-on?

Phoned today and waited for 45 minutes. The result was good.
Got $13.95 deal for the basic phone.
I also have Fibe 16 service. 50% off deal for 12 months I got last year will expire in April 2013.
The agent said no better promotion for Internet now, but she agreed to add additional 25GB bandwidth for free.
I was told to call in April for better deal.
Couldn't be happier.
Thanks OP.

Didn't get the $14 but got it down to around $24, caller id, call waiting and all that stuff. Also said call back when my internet promotion expires.

Thanks OP
