Best bang for the buck deal for an Ipad?

What would you get?

What should I get? I use it to consume media and I'm thinking the best deal would be the ipad pro 9.7 since it has all upgraded features like laminated display, 4 speakers, and dual core processor. The upgrade to 10.5 is not worth it imo and the 2018 like will be overpriced. The ipad 2017 is too basic.

In terms of a deal, it would be ipad pro 9.7 > ipad pro 10.5 > ipad 2017 >>>>>>>>>>>> ipad x

It depends on your needs.
Last year, I bought a 16GB LTE iPad mini 4 on clearance from Rogers for $280 all in.
16GB is not enough for anything, but being a mini with LTE; it's the perfect accessory for my kid on road trips.

For $100 you get double the space and a faster processor. Slightly larger screen.
I've never considered it that way! How much do you think that extra feature is worth? 110? 125? 150? I’m going to use that and try to negotiate a better price on one of the two pros. Thanks.

Where do you still get the newest ipad for $350?

I'd personally buy the cheapest just because I think any benefit for the extra cost is minimal. That's just me though, I just want something for occasional media consumption if I'm buying an ipad. If you were using it for more complex things I'd start looking at the pros.

The iPad 2017 is on sale at Walmart for $368

The screen is terrible. I rather use an iPad Air over the iPad 2017

The Pro is a lot better. Faster processor, nicer screen and 4 speakers. It is worth the extra money.

I'd be down for an 10.5 pro for 600 bucks, where did you find that?
