5) Break down of the commands:

# Show available drives (note the PhysicalDrive aka PD, example: PD1)
SeaChest_Format_140_11923_64.exe --scan

# Show supported formats, *512 / 4096
SeaChest_Lite_120_11923_64.exe -d PD1 --showSupportedFormats

# Format it to 4096
SeaChest_Format_140_11923_64.exe -d PD1 --setSectorSize 4096 --confirm this-will-erase-data

6) Shutdown the system (if the system hangs, disconnect the sata cable)
# shutdown / timeout 0 / force

shutdown -s -t 0 -f

7) Rinse and repeat for each drive
NOTE: You can obviously connect more than one drive at a time, just note PD# for each and perform operation for each.
