you only get referral bonus after 3 months. So you have to put the line on seasonal hold if you're not actually using it

Does anyone know if renewals get any gift card? I have 2 lines with Koodo, not looking to add a new line but would like to get a new phone on 1 of my existing Koodo lines

Headphone adapter, cheap for 128gb + lots of phones don't have memory cards and lots of people don't need more than 128gb

They've recently put in a clause where you can no longer get a referral bonus if the new account has been put on seasonal hold

Just letting ppl know.. I just called a bestbuy, and for the pixel, the gift card amount is only 100... so basically you'll only be up 60 something dollar.

30 for activating in store with tax eats part of that gift card, also crap if 128 gb means more to you compared to a 64 gb since the 128 gb pixel 2 deal is only available online.

-but want a really nice phone to use when there's wifi (which I have lots of the itme)

Oh I guess thats possible. I would have assumed it would be the same across all bestbuys or everyone would flock to one bestbuy putting the rest at a disadvantage.

Anyways.. probably near impossible to find a Pixel 2 not anyways, since last week, everywhere I called only had XLs left. Finally found a WOW mobile that had a Pixel 2, then the next day the koodo website had a better deal for the 128gb.. so returned it... still waiting for the phone in the mail.

Referral bonus is paid off in $10/month increments now too, so you have to stick around for 8 months. Not worth it for churners (people buying the phone but not keeping the account)

P20 Pro is only available online, unfortunately. So can't be stacked with this gift card deal.

Per an earlier comment in the thread, it's only $100 for the Pixel 2. So it sounds like it's variable depending on the phone you get. I'm guessing the $200 is limited to maybe the Pixel 2 XL, S9+, and other pricier flagships.
