I think it will be a better buy if two people can split the set

Steel not aluminum, but a decent price if it works for you.

Splitting the set is a good idea. Worried about the seller 3.5 star rating.

I bought one of these cheap sets in 2017. With winter storage, it's still going strong. Rust is starting to show in some spots but I think I'll get a few more seasons before it's structurally unsound.

Had a cheap plastic rattan and steel set a few years ago. By the second season the plastic was hardening and breaking. By the third the set was scrapped.

Thanks for sharing, OP.

Also at Walmart.ca for $307 for half the set Walmart.ca

Limited reviews about the company, but what I see doesn't suggest that this is the greatest quality - may only be worth the discounted price. I have a similar "Hampton Bay" branded set I bought from HD a few years ago for ~$200 on a Canada Day deal - it's small, and not terribly comfortable, but it has served us well today as a stopgap to higher-quality deck furniture.

No doubt quality is not going to be good. I don't think itz worth hassle of changing it out every few years and have it continue to degrade over time and then throw out

Better to get a good quality and last like 10 years
