[Best Buy] Acer 32" FHD 75Hz 4ms Curved LED FreeSync Monitor - $258.99

Looks like a good monitor considering factors of size, refresh rate and price.
Warm deal?

I’m thinking to buy this as work monitor, I already have 24” one.

It could depends on your usage and distance, but reading text on a full HD for 32" isn't sharp enough for me.

I bet a Full HD screen was sharp enough when you switched from a CRT monitor.

Full HD is more than fine for everyday usage.

Yes, even I believe 32” FHD is fine for everyday usage.

looked at a LG 27inch fhd screen years ago (i think more than 5) and could not bear with the pixel density back then. would say fhd on a 32 would be terrible unless you sit at a very far distance (65in 4k tv equivalent). this made another posting of MSI 27in fhd 165hz at same price a much better deal lol.

I am trying for 1440p but looks like those are above 350$. My budget was around $250 but cannot find any 27” or plus.

oh you were in that thread as well lol
i was buying a monitor recently and i only searched 27 1440p which i think is the sweet spot. like I still couldn’t forget how bad that 27in fhd looked like even today, and i had used a friends asus 24in fhd for a while and didn’t like the ppi either.

i think ppl(like me) are spoiled by great phone screens and ultra high rez laptop screens lol.

Haha yeah, hunting for Monitor deals. Just looking for 2nd monitor now.
I own 24” FHD which I use for work, trust me, it is just perfect for work and close to $120.

Maybe I'm just picky then. I had some issues when my 2k switched to 1080p for 2~3 days and it was uncomfortable to read an email.

I got the Dell S Series Led-Lit Monitor 32" Black (S3219D) for $250, but I don't think they are selling it anymore. Here's one from Acer that went on sale in the past if OP can wait and stack coupon

It’s also 8 bits, which makes this a good deal.

I was scared that this would be 6 but + FRC

But at 16.7 million colors at 8 bits, great deal

I would say this deal is just an okay deal. Most folks were able to get the same monitor that op posted but the 1440p version from staples for $209.99 only a few months ago.

Staples one wasn't Curved one.
