29.99 is a good price. Can't pull the trigger on this game though. Same goes for Dying Light 2 and Saints Row, which are both getting into that price territory.

They all just feel like inevitable adds to Game Pass or PS Plus Premium. And there's almost no benefit to having soon-to-be-bargain-binned games on the shelf.

Still, nice to finally see some quick and deep discounts on recent B tier games. With COVID, there wasn't a lot of that.

Gotham Knights got beat up a lot in the reviews, but even as a 6.5/10 game, I still have an interest in playing it. I feel like there's at least 15-20 hours of mindless fun in that game.

I only bought because my buddy and I were looking for a new co-op game to play. Otherwise, I would have waited for $19.99.

I got it from Amazon for the free shipping, even though they delayed my Metroid Prime Remastered order. Still salty about that.

As the other comments mentioned, it's hard to justify buying games (even on sale) after seeing a lot of the new AAA games get added to subscription services less than 6 months after release.

For $140 a year PS Plus premium and $16.99/month for Ultimate Game Pass at regular price (which includes EA premium non-pro), you get a huge game collection which probably get this added very soon.
