Thank you for the first post. Though I would suggest being more specific when posting deals. Especially at this time of year. Most people are posting certain items that they think are a good deal. Put it this way, users appreciate effort, especially when it makes our lives easier. No one really wants to wade through pages and pages of Best Buy's "deals" to find that one piece of gold. But if you do find something really good, make sure to post it!

Best Buy is having their Black Friday sale early. Pretty good deals on monitors, soundbars and TVs. Also, NHL 22 is $40 off.
Hi, many posters will berate you soon. They ‘expect’ specificity or catalogues and the like. Don’t take it personally. It’s what the above poster alluded to, so there is some typical protocol around deal posts. Ignore any rude people.

Good luck :)

Thanks, so I should avoid this and simply just post like 5-6 different specific threads then?

Yes different threads with pricing on title , deal links , saving amount or percentage.

Feel free to group similar types of items.

ie. A thread listing 2 or 3 TV deals you find notable from the flyer instead of making a separate thread for each.

Edit : for a TV deal for example you don’t need a specific thread for each size however :)

I was thinking the same thing at first. That this wasn't that helpful of a thread just posting that bestbuy has their BF on early. But then I remembered yesterday someone posted the Walmart BF flyer. The op even stated there was nothing in it worth buying, many many people saying it was disappointing and nothing worth buying but.... it currently has 31 upvotes and zero down.

So the downvotes here seem a bit much. Would it have been better if he didn't say 'first post go easy' or posted the flyer and not online sale?

Honestly though the more info the better. If you added in some links to deals you thought worthy that best buy had that would have been great.
Reminder: Epic gives away free games every week. Humble Choice is horrible, I miss the old weekly humble bundles :(

Hello, here is a short-ish list of Best Buy's Black Friday deals – you can frustratingly browse all 1984 deals in increments of 28 on their Black Friday Top Deals page

There is no Black Friday flyer this year – Best Buy killed their flyers in February and claimed they would make one for Black Friday, but the lie detector test determined that was a lie

What the kind posters above have said.

Here are your options:

1. One hot deal
2. A few hot deals
3. The whole catalogue. Extra points if you highlight any hot deals. Haha. But see above poster. Walmart BF deal was just posting the catalogue. That’s usually enough for an event like Black Friday.

At the end of the day though, don’t sweat it. This is a forum to share deals and such but do what you feel comfortable with and enjoy!

Thanks.

Ya see, I tried doing what @RFDSimon did but the difference here is that it's 1am for me on a work/school night and he's getting paid for this (I think?). That list is quite helpful, missing monitors though ;) I edited my post to describe monitor sales.

RE TV deals, BestBuy doesn't do Black Friday deals on cheaper brands?

Thanks for the effort OP.

I think I'll get the 1TB 980 Pro for $209. I'm in need an SSD for my PS5.
