$21 has been the standard price for a while. It's technically not a deal but they don't produce much, so once they're out of stock, the only way to get one is from resellers and ususally for much much more than $21...

I wanted to get the Joker one. Out of stock everywhere, resellers were selling "used" ones (opened, no box) for something like 75$ a few months ago.
